Pearl’s son and Sandy’s husband who stepped into retirement only to find himself busier than ever, handling logistics, serving as Sandy’s right-hand man on every delivery, and donning the red suit as our beloved Santa to make sure no one is forgotten.

Candy built our nonprofit independently, becoming the behind-the-scenes force who handles everything from finances and operations to supplies and planning. She quietly manages countless essential tasks that keep the organization running.
Shannon Blair
Communications Director
Shannon is Sandy’s friend and co-worker-turn-mission partner whose photography captured the viral moment that launched the organization nationally. Shannon serves as the eloquent voice for our mission. She shares this passion deeply, as her own mother, Martha, also suffered from Alzheimer’s.
William Napper
Technology Director
Bill came to the rescue when we needed ways to safely collect donations and establish our online presence. He built our digital foundation from scratch, solving technical challenges and creating systems we didn’t even know we needed.
